Acceptance of Terms
By booking accommodation or using services at Demo Hotel Kampala, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our facilities.
Booking and Payment
- All rates are quoted in USD and Uganda Shillings
- Payment is required at time of booking or check-in
- Credit cards, mobile money, and cash payments accepted
- Additional charges may apply for extra services
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in
- Maximum occupancy limits must be respected
- Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and designated areas only
- Noise levels must be kept reasonable, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- Guests are liable for damages to hotel property during their stay
Hotel Policies
- Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and charges
- Lost key cards subject to replacement fees
- Parking is provided at guest's own risk
Limitation of Liability
- Demo Hotel Kampala is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal property
- Hotel liability is limited to direct damages only
- Guests advised to secure valuables in room safes
- Hotel not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or transportation issues
Force Majeure
- Hotel not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond control
- This includes natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or pandemic restrictions
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes will be resolved in Kampala courts.
