Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Standard Reservations:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 24-47 hours before check-in: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund

Peak Season/Holiday Periods:

  • Cancellations must be made 7 days before check-in for full refund
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: No refund

Special Events and Group Bookings:

  • Custom cancellation terms apply and will be specified in booking confirmation
  • Group bookings (10+ rooms) require 14 days advance notice for full refund

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method
  • Bank charges and transaction fees are non-refundable
  • Mobile money refunds processed within 24-48 hours

No-Show Policy

  • Guests who fail to check-in without notice will be charged the full amount
  • Rooms will be released after 6:00 PM on arrival date unless guaranteed with late arrival

Modification Policy

  • Date changes subject to availability and rate differences
  • Room type upgrades available for additional charges
  • Modifications must be made at least 24 hours before check-in
